The enquiry forms prepare a WhatsApp message containing your selected dates, guest numbers, room or excursion preference, and any notes you enter. Choosing “Send via WhatsApp” passes the draft to WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it there. The stay form addresses Ramzu Villa; the excursion form addresses the excursion team.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email, the recipient receives the information you provide and uses it to respond and help arrange your enquiry. Please share only the details needed to help with your enquiry.
Website operation and security
Our website service providers may use information about your device and visit, including your IP address, to keep the website working safely. Public review highlights may display reviewers’ publicly shared names, profile pictures, ratings, and comments.
